Science, Technology, Engenring and Math kits, for hands on learning. Examples of Kits include; Biochemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
Borrowing Instructions
- Loan Period: 2 weeks
- Borrowing Limit: 1 per kit per customer
- Hold Limit: Not requestable online

- Overdue Fines: $2 per day, $30 maximum; seniors exempt
- Branches: East Columbia Branch, Savage Branch
Special Instructions
- Customers 13 years of age or older may request, except for DIY cards, educators, online registrants, satellite collections, or temporary residents.
- Please clean all items when finished. Return on time to lending branch Customer Service Desk at the East Columbia or Savage Branch during open hours. They may not be returned to a book drop.
- Fines are charged for each day an item is late.
- No fines are charged on days HCLS is closed.
- If fines equal $10 or more, customers can not borrow or renew any library materials until the fines have been cleared.
- Fines may be paid in person or using a self-check machine.
